I was charged £72.00 at the end of November but haven't received an invoice.
C have no payment history showing on my account either - which is clearly incorrect. Plus, I actually thought that I had downgraded to the free service as I’ve not used Joggle since opening the account. I realise that I probably can’t get a refund, but can I have an invoice please?

Hi. I just had a bank charge for £72 for Joggle AI. You will see that I haven’t used this service for around 11 months, as it wasn’t beneficial for my business. Could you please refund and cancel any future payments? Thanks Lee

every prompt is followed by sorry this is taking longer than expected, which is then followed by Joggle is being updated please check back in 5 mins, which is then followed by I am sorry we weren’t able to do this at this time. Please can you fix it
