I was charged £72.00 at the end of November but haven't received an invoice.

C have no payment history showing on my account either - which is clearly incorrect. Plus, I actually thought that I had downgraded to the free service as I’ve not used Joggle since opening the account.

I realise that I probably can’t get a refund, but can I have an invoice please?
